Definitions

First things first, let's make sure we speak the same language. If you're not comfortable with English, you can change the language of this guide by clicking on the language switcher at the top of the page.

We also need to get some basis covered before we start. Here are some terms that we will use throughout this guide:

  • Community: A community is a group of people that share a common interest. In this case, we refer to your game server, roleplay server, or any other large group that you want to use OnClock with.
  • Service: A service is a short form for "emergency service". It refers to a group of people that work together to provide a service. For example, a police department, a fire department, or a medical service.
We also use this term to refer to businesses as OnClock can be used by companies as well. Therefore even though you can use OnClock with businesses, it will still be referred to as a "service" for simplification in the guides and in the app.
